PACE began the moment I decided to actually do it.
Not for the “wow, you look great” or the “OMG you’re so skinny!”—
but because I did not love the person in the mirror.
I demonstrated this lack of love by avoiding endorphins that I knew made me happy and bingeing on food that I knew would make me sick. I couldn’t go on like that.
Something had to change. No one else was going to be able to do this for me.
I decided if I was really going to transform—I had to do it the right way.
I had to do research and find something that I could commit to.
I had to change my body and my lifestyle at my own pace.
So, I did.
